Preschool Registration Information 
We are so glad you are interested in enrolling your child in our school! We have so many fun and exciting things going on! Every day brings a new Mystery Reader, birthday celebration, art or cooking project-- it's wonderful to see so many families actively engaged in the eduction process.
Below are the two forms you will need to apply to our school, the Application form and Parent Agreement form. We've included some instructions for the application-- please read the instructions carefully, incomplete forms will not be accepted!

In addition to the forms above, your child's Immunization From, Form 3231, which is supplied by your pediatrician, must be on file before your child may begin school.
