We are so glad you are interested in enrolling your child in our school! We have so many fun and exciting things going on! Every day brings a new Mystery Reader, birthday celebration, art or cooking project– it’s wonderful to see so many families actively engaged in the education process.  Registration is held in January for the following September. Registration continues on a rolling basis until are classes are filled.  Scroll down for Forms! 

Registration Fees* are:

  • $150 for each child in K-5

  • $100 for Toddlers through 4’s

  • $75 for second and subsequent preschool children when 2 or more children in the same family are enrolled in the same year.

Church Members enjoy reduced Preschool Registration Fees*:

  • $150 for K-5, and

  • $ 75 for preschoolers for each child of church members.

*Registration Fees are not refundable.


Tours: We’d love to show off our school and answer any questions you may have!  Beginning in November and during the remainder of the school year, we set aside Tuesdays at 10am in order to accommodate groups and minimize class disruption.

November 12 & 19

December 3, 10 & 17

January 7, 14, 21 & 28

At the tour, you will receive an overview of the school, information about our curriculum, insight into a typical day at school, as well as our the forms you will need for registration. Your children are welcome to join us!!  Some Tuesdays are not available depending upon school activity.

2019-2020 Forms

Please read Registration Instructions below for a more thorough description of how to register! Complete the Application and appropriate Parent Agreement and submit together with a check to “SSUMP” for the non-refundable Registration Fee.

Registration is the beginning of the enrollment process. Other forms and payment of a Tuition Deposit are required to complete enrollment. Forms that must be obtained from other sources are listed below.

All Students:  As required by the Fulton County Department of Health, a valid Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231), which is provided by your child’s pediatrician must be submitted by August 1st before your child can attend school. 

K-5 applicants must be observed prior to acceptance so an additional appointment will need to be made.

K-5 students:  The Ear, Eye, Dental, and Nutrition Certificate (Form 3300), which is provided by your child’s pediatrician and dentist, must be submitted by August 1st before your child can attend school.
