All tours will be conducted after school hours by appointment until further notice.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We are so glad you are interested in enrolling your child in our school! We have so many fun and exciting things going on! Every day brings a new Mystery Reader, birthday celebration, art or cooking project– it’s wonderful to see families actively engaged in the education process.  Registration is held in January for the following September. Registration continues on a rolling basis until are classes are filled.  Scroll down for Forms! 

Registration Fees* are:

  • $150 for each child in Kindergarten

  • $100 for Toddlers through 4’s

  • $75 for second and subsequent preschool children when 2 or more children in the same family are enrolled in the same year.

*Registration Fees are not refundable.

2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR

We have limited spaces remaining this year. When inquiring about availability, please remember that children are registered for the class according to their attained age as of September 1st. (For example, if a child was 2 as of September 1, 2020, they will register for the 2-year old class.)

Tours: We’d love to show off our school and answer any questions you may have!  For now, tours are conducted by appointment only after the children have gone for the day. All adults and children over the age of 3 must wear a mask.

At the tour, you will receive an overview of the school, information about our curriculum, insight into a typical day at school, as well as our the forms you will need for registration. Your children are welcome to join us!!

As Needed Forms

Should your child have a severe allergy or asthma requiring medication to be on hand at all times, a medical condition that requires daily administration of medication, or an illness that requires temporary administration of medication, please complete the Medical Authorization Form. For severe allergy or asthma, describe early symptoms and then severe symptoms and what actions we should take in both cases.

2020-2021 Forms

Please read Registration Instructions below for a more thorough description of how to register! Complete the Application, appropriate Parent Agreement, Emergency Form and Handbook Acknowledgement Form and submit together with a check to “SSUMP” for the non-refundable Registration Fee. For the 2020-2021 Academic Year, there is also a one-time Cleaning Fee of $100.

Registration is the beginning of the enrollment process. Completion of all forms, including health forms, and payment of a Tuition Deposit are required to complete enrollment. Health Forms, which must be obtained from other sources, are listed below.

All Students:  As required by the Fulton County Department of Health, a valid Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231), which is provided by your child’s pediatrician must be submitted by August 1st before your child can attend school. 

K-5 applicants must be observed prior to acceptance so an additional appointment will need to be made.

K-5 students:  The Ear, Eye, Dental, and Nutrition Certificate (Form 3300), which is provided by your child’s pediatrician and dentist, must be submitted by August 1st before your child can attend school.
