Daily Prayer

Now to God who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine, to God be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, for ever and ever. Amen.

Holy God, 

We give thanks for your abundant gifts and generous mercy. As our church works to connect with our community, show us your ways. Open our hearts to people’s needs, open our ears to places of joy, open our spirits to those we haven’t met. Help us be a wellspring of your love and grace where we build relationships, grow spiritually, and transform community. We know your future for SSUMC is more than we could ask or imagine! Help us be a part of your vision here and now. We pray in the name and power of Jesus, Amen.
