First Worship at Abernathy Arts Center

Beginning Sunday, Oct. 12, we will worship at 11 a.m. at the Abernathy Arts Center. Thanks to the thoughtful work of our Temporary Space Team, we have found a bright and welcoming place for worship with high ceilings and a blend of modern and sacred. The center also offers classrooms for Sunday school and children’s church, full accessibility, outdoor space for fellowship, a kitchenette, on-site storage, and set-up for chairs and tables. Final Worship Service in the Sanctuary

As we move forward with our campus redevelopment, join us for a special day of worship and remembrance as we give thanks for our North Campus on Oct. 5. At 9:30 a.m., we will gather on the front lawn for a Blessing of the Building, walking through significant spaces to share stories and offer prayers of gratitude. At 11 a.m., we will hold a Service of Deconsecration in the Sanctuary, with refreshments on the front lawn following worship. This will be the last time to worship in this space together as it currently stands.
